*If clients are dissatisfied with the complaint response from PT Sucorinvest Asset
Management, they have the following options:
Submit a complaint to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) through the Consumer Protection Portal
Application
File a dispute with the Financial Services Sector Dispute Resolution Institution approved by the
Financial Services Authority, or pursue legal action through the court system.
Please be noted that PT Sucorinvest Asset Management ("Sucorinvest") provides complaint
handling policies and services at no cost to clients.
In accordance with OJK (Financial Services Authority) regulation Number 22 of 2023 regarding Consumer and
Public Protection in the Financial Services Sector; and POJK Number 18/POJK.07/2018 regarding Consumer
Complaint Services in the Financial Services Sector. Customers can submit complaints through Customer
Relations at PT Sucorinvest Asset Management.

Individual Customer
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION 1. Visit info@sucorinves.com and
download the Individual KYC Form. 2. Please fill in the data thoroughly and clearly, then sign. 3.
Remember to fill out the Risk Profile and Investor Investment Form at the end. 4. Attach a copy of the
consumer's identity in the form of a KTP (or SIM) for Indonesian Citizens or a Passport for Foreigners. If
the consumer is 17 or below, attach a family card and birth certificate. Please provide any other supporting
documents. 5. Send the forms and documents to our CR email at info@sucorinves.com.
MUTUAL FUND TRANSACTIONS 1. Visit info@sucorinves.com
and download the Mutual Fund Transaction Form. 2. Fill in the form according to the type of transaction
being performed, such as a Subscription, Redemption, and/or Switching. Sign clearly. 3. Please make the
deposit/transfer to the Mutual Fund account listed on the product's Fund Fact Sheet on Sucor Asset
Management's official website (info@sucorinves.com). 4. Send the form and proof of deposit/transfer
to WhatsApp +62 85353711915 or to our CR email at info@sucorinves.com. 5. Transaction forms and
proof of transfer received before 13.00 WIB will be processed using the NAV that day. If the transaction and
proof of transfer are received after 13.00 WIB, it will be processed with NAV the next day. 6. If the
product provisions apply a subscription fee (purchase fee), customers who buy at a minimum purchase must add
the fee amount to the total funds transferred. 7. For total transactions per day above IDR 10,000,000
(including sales, purchases and product switching transactions at the same cut-off time), a stamp duty of
IDR 10,000 will be imposed (UU No. 10 of 2020 Article 3). The customer is required to add the amount of
Stamp Duty to the total funds transferred. 8. The customer will receive a Confirmation Letter for
purchase, resale and transfer transactions by the Custodian Bank within 7 trading days via the
info@sucorinves.com page.
